The Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) would like to wish all the matric learners who will be writing their 2020 National Senior Certificate Examinations. The 2020 matric examinations will commence on the 5th of November 2020 and end on the 15th of December 2020.

There is a total of 1 058 699 candidates who have registered to write NSC 2020 Examinations, this is the largest combined number ever registered in South Africa.

This has been an extraordinary year for the Educators, learners and parents as they had to overcome the different challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, closure of schools, changes to the school curriculum & virtual learning. Amid this pandemic, our educators worked tirelessly and went the extra mile to ensure that learners are well prepared for their exams. To all the matric learners, this year you have learned valuable lessons like being resilient and independent.

We call on all the parents and community to support and encourage the learners as they continue in preparation and throughout the examinations.

Best of luck to the Matric Class of 2020
