The Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) congratulates the class of 2019 matric learners for achieving a 81.3% pass rate.
A total of 787,717 candidates entered for the November 2019 NSC examination. This number was made up of 616,754 full time and 170,963 part-time candidates. Well done students, your hard work and dedication throughout the year has finally yielded great results. You have burned the midnight oil, studied smart and made us proud. The PSCBC is grateful to our hardworking and dedicated teachers for their sterling work and the time invested to prepare these learners for their examinations. The Council also acknowledges the role played by parents in preparing their children for the gruelling examinations.
To those learners who did not achieve a pass mark, we urge you to not despair and try again, failure is after all the key to success.
The PSCBC wishes the class of 2019 well in all of their future ventures. May you progress and take our beautiful Country forward.

The Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) wishes to compile a database of potential consultants to be utilised for Capital Projects. Professional consultants who are currently registered with PSCBC are also requested to adhere to this invite and update their details on the PSCBC database. The following professional consultants with B-BBEE Level 1 to 5 are invited to register: Architects, SACAP. Electrical and Electronic Engineers, ECSA. Fire Prevention and Protection Specialists, ECSA. Mechanical and Wet Services Engineers, ECSA. Quantity Surveyors / Cost Consultants, SACQSP. Structural and Civil Engineers, ECSA. Environmental Impact Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety Services, SACPCMP.
Restrictions:
PSCBC will select professional teams from this database to be involved in Capital Projects. Interested consultants are requested to provide a comprehensive company/ personnel profile which will include the following requirements:
Description of their fields of expertise. Valid and certified copy of B-BBEE Status Certificate - IRBA, SANAS-accredited or affidavit. Proof of their management capability and capacity. Certificate of Professional Accreditation and Registration with the Various Professional Bodies. Professional Indemnity details with minimum of R10 000 000 per claim. Company profile. Valid Workmen’s Compensation/Letter of Good Standing. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and PIN. Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
PSCBC is committed to broad-based black economic empowerment and strives to comply with the provisions of all relevant legislation.
