The Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) has successfully concluded wage negotiations, securing a majority agreement (84.34%) following a 21-day consultation period.

Wage Increase, 5.5% for 2025/26, future increases (2026/27 & 2027/28) linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Other allowance adjustments are highlighted.
